Hey, I'm James!

I'm a dedicated personal trainer with a passion for helping individuals transform their lives through fitness. My own fitness journey hasn’t been without its struggles—I used to feel stuck, unmotivated, and overwhelmed with conflicting advice. It wasn’t until I took a step back, simplified the process, and focused on consistency that I started to see real progress. This experience taught me the importance of personalized coaching and having someone in your corner who truly understands the ups and downs.

I specialize in working with clients who are ready to commit to their fitness journey but need guidance to stay consistent and accountable. Do I need to have gym experience?

Not at all! Many of my clients are new to fitness. I’ll guide you every step of the way and ensure you feel confident in your workouts.

How do you track progress?

We track progress through regular check-ins, workout performance, body measurements, and photos. I focus on both physical and non-physical achievements to ensure long-term success.

Can I still enjoy my favourite foods?

Absolutely! My coaching promotes balance and sustainability, not restrictions. You’ll learn how to enjoy your favorite foods while staying on track with your goals.
